Description

Jim Beam is an amber-coloured Bourbon Whiskey. Aged for at least 4 years, obtained by the low temperature distillation of a mixture of cereals, with a prevalence of corn and a percentage of rye and barley called Sour Mash (Much Aspro). An extraordinary quality that comes from a double, slow fermentation.

Its aromas are sweet: vanilla, mown hay, dried fruit, honey and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it shows good body and softness, with sweet notes of toasted oak, vanilla and custard. The finish is long with flavours of resin.
