Gin Bombay is made according to a traditional recipe from 1761 using eight exotic botanicals. It is distilled using a completely unique process that is only used in four distilleries in the world. Unlike other gins that are distilled together with herbal ingredients, Bombay is distilled pure without any additives. To achieve its unique flavor and aroma, the spirit undergoes what can be simply described as “herbal vapor.” This process allows for the extraction of the best from each plant and herb.
